Build.
A website that turns visitors into enquiries.

Websites, landing pages and the printed matter around them. Fast, findable, and built so a visitor knows what you do and how to reach you before they've decided whether to stay.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Your website has ten seconds and one job.

Almost nobody arrives at your site to admire it. They arrive with a question: do these people do the thing I need, are they any good, and how much is it going to cost me? They leave the moment they can't find the answer.

Which is why most business websites fail on structure, not aesthetics. They open with a stock photo and a slogan, bury the actual offer three scrolls down, hide the price entirely, and put the phone number in the footer.

The bit that matters

Every page should be able to answer one question out loud: what do you want this visitor to do next, and have you made that the easiest thing on the screen? If a page can't answer, it isn't a page. It's decoration with hosting costs.

More on this: the 10-second test your website is probably failing →

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Structure, words, design, build, live.

One team does all five. That's why the copy fits the layout and the layout fits the business.

Sites are built to be fast and boring underneath: static where it can be, no plugin stack to maintain, nothing that breaks when a subscription lapses.

WHAT YOU GET

Handed over, not held hostage.

A live website

On your domain, your hosting account, in your name. Not parked inside our account with a monthly fee to keep it up.

Live URL
Every word written

Page structure, headings, body copy and calls to action, drafted, reviewed with you, and set in the design.

Copy deck + live
Mobile-first design

Checked on real phone widths, not just resized on a laptop. Most of your visitors are on a phone with one thumb.

Desktop + mobile
SEO groundwork

Titles, meta descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, structured data and Search Console submission.

Wired in at launch
Analytics & enquiries

Privacy-respecting traffic analytics and a contact form that lands in your inbox, tested end to end before we call it done.

Dashboard + inbox
Print artwork

Brochures, hoardings and collateral supplied press-ready at correct bleed and resolution, with the fonts packaged.

HOW IT RUNS
ONE

Structure

What must the site do: take enquiries, take bookings, build credibility, let a buyer verify you? That answer decides every page. Content before decoration.

TWO

Build

Design and copy together, reviewed on real devices. You see the actual site at real widths, not a wireframe and a promise.

THREE

Launch

Domain, hosting, analytics, enquiry routing and search setup wired up. Live, verified, and in your name.

Proof: seven live websites for Om Shanti N R, a company site plus five land-partner profiles, and the complete Sabras Caterer build, pricing architecture included.

FIT

Worth doing. And not.

Do this if
  • You have no site, or one you're embarrassed to send
  • You answer the same five questions on WhatsApp every week
  • Buyers search your name before they call, and find nothing
  • You're running ads or hoardings into a weak landing page
  • Your site works on a laptop and falls apart on a phone
Don't, yet, if
  • You need a full booking engine, marketplace or logged-in app. That's a software build, not this
  • Nobody internally can supply photos, prices or project details
  • You want a redesign but not a rethink; a new skin on the same structure won't change the enquiries

Questions we get asked

How much does a website cost?

It scales with pages, copy and how much has to be designed from scratch. A sharp one-page site for a single offer is a different number from a multi-project developer site with inventory pages. You get one figure agreed before we start, and a clear line about what's in and what isn't.

How long does it take?

Two to six weeks for most business sites, gated almost entirely by content: photos, prices, project details, approvals. We start writing structure on day one and tell you exactly what we need from you and when.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

You do, in your name, on your account. We'll set it up with you rather than under us. If you ever want to move to another agency, you take the keys with you. No hostage situation, no "our platform".

Do you do WordPress?

Only when there's a reason. Most business sites are better off static: faster, cheaper to host, nothing to patch, nothing that breaks when a plugin updates. If you genuinely need a blog your team updates weekly, we'll wire up something they can actually use and show them how.

Will we be able to update it ourselves?

Depends what "update" means. Changing a price, a phone number or a paragraph: yes, and we'll show you how. Restructuring pages or adding new sections is design work, and we'd rather you called us than fought a page builder at 11pm.

Do you run Google or Meta ads into the site?

We plan and negotiate media, but we don't run hands-on ad operations. See Reach for exactly where that line sits. We'll build the landing page, wire the tracking and tell you what the page needs to convert; the button-pushing goes to a performance specialist.
